Refund policy

We want you to love your Kuddli jewellery! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase (excluding earrings), you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

What Can Be Returned

Jewellery (excluding earrings): Most necklaces, bracelets, rings, and pendants can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Gift items: Unused and in original packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is faulty.

Custom or personalized pieces: Items that have been custom-made or engraved cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items: Final sale pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to Return

We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
